SkiConnection aims to be the premiere online winter recruitment resource and in order to achieve this we intially developed the web site as a free resource for ski operators to advertise vacancies. The site has been run in this way for three years. During this time we have asked our operators to give us feedback on the how the site works. We are now on our fifth release of the site, each time adding new features and ensuring the functionality we offer matches our operators exact requirements.
We have also built up an excellent database of candidates and we are will begin to introduce advertising on the site.
