Ski Connection is an online recruitment site for working in Ski Resorts. The resource is free to both employers and job seekers.
A key feature unique to Ski Connection is our online application form. It was created using a cross section of over twenty ski operators' application forms and covers every question a ski operator may wish to ask a potential candidate (which is why so many of our employers elect to accept it). Our online application form also ensures that the quality of our candidates applications' is often higher than time consuming offline methods.
We have on average 100 employers and ski operators using the site, and are already recognised as the premier site for advertising ski resort jobs. After our first successful ski season we have now updated the site's design and improved its features. We now give candidates the option to upload a photograph and we've added the ability for all employers to search our candidate database. There's also a page to track the applications you receive, and as before you can add, edit and delete jobs as often as you need.
There are two things that employers and ski operators can do in return for the use of the web site, the first is to ensure that your job vacancies are updated and once filed that the positions is then deleted. The second is If you rate Ski Connection as a recruitment tool, we would appreciate you sending us testimonials to encourage new members and employers to sign up and to help get us coverage in the national and trade press.
