Finlays Skiing Ltd - is a relatively small, family company with owners in both office and resort. They have been running chalet holidays for 23 years and employ approximately 43 staff for the winter season (early December to end of April). Operating in three top class resorts; Courchevel, La Plagne & Val d'Isere. Richard Finlay and Philippe Bouron look after the staff in resort and are on hand to advise, help and resolve any difficulties. With over 30 years of resort experience between them they have come across most probelms. All members of the resort team must have a flexible approach to working as there are times when, due to ilness or injury, they may be asked to help with other duties or work in other chalets / resorts. Finlays has a reputation for looking after their staff well. All staff should be 20 years old or over and holders of a British or EU passport. Both couples and singles are employed.
