Chalet Chef La Chapelle, Portes du Soleil

10 December 2009 - end April 2010 Catering in a 5 bed chalet, for busy prime weeks you may be cooking for upto 16 people. Working as part of a team with one other chalet staff. Responsible for menu planning and preparing high standard 4 course evening meal. You will be required to cook breakfast, afternoon tea, canapes, 3 course evening meal. Food ordering, budgeting, shopping and stock control. The chalet is a 5 en suite roomed chalet which holds, max 10 adults for school holiday there will be additional children who require high tea upto 6. You will be working closely with the owners and chalet assistant. Suit someone with good experience, at least 21 who has held a licence for 2 years.

Requirements Passport: UK Work Visa: No Full UK National Insurance number: Yes Full UK Driving Licence: Yes Package Lift Pass: Full Ski Equipment: Yes Insurance: Full Accommodation: Own Room Salary: ?130 p/week
